Professional Services Strategy Manager

Strata Decision Technology is a fast growing healthcare software and services firm focused on helping healthcare providers improve their financial performance and strategic agility through providing a suite of integrated solutions to enable efficient and effective financial processes. Software includes: cost accounting, strategic planning, contract modeling, operating budgeting, cost improvement, and capital planning processes. As a part of the software delivery team, you’ll have a significant role in working with clients to build strong financial management processes as well as ensuring that they have a world class experience with our Strata Decision client services teams and our software.

As a Professional Services Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, and marketing of new professional services offerings to complement Strata’s current technology portfolio.

Responsibilities, not limited to:

  • Developing scope and pricing of services engagements
  • Coordinating logistics of client engagements and leading internal post-mortem analysis
  • Building internal and external presentations to demonstrate Services value proposition, scope
  • Participating in business development activities as needed
  • Assessing current client portfolio for Professional Services opportunities
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders including business development, account management, service delivery management, practice directors, etc.
  • Acting as the liaison between practice solutions and Professional Services teams

Education and Experience:

  • B.S. degree required, M.B.A. preferred
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in providing a world class level of client service
  • Expertise in translating strategic imperatives to tactical work plans and outputs
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, presentation
  • An understanding of financial concepts, including financial statement analysis
  • Ability to respond to client needs as they arise
  • A drive to learn quickly and constantly adapt to new challenges
  • Strong self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with limited guidance when necessary
